IC50 & Target: Ki: 4.9 nM (hA₁AR), 4.7 nM (hA₃AR)^[1] In Vitro: N6-Ethyladenosine (Compound 28) exhibits more selectivity at hA₁AR and hA₃AR over hA₂AR (K_i, 8900+/-770 nM)^[1].
