Biological Activity	SNDX-5613 is a potent and specific Menin-MLL inhibitor with a binding K_i of 0.149 nM and a cell based IC₅₀ of 10-20 nM. SNDX-5613 can be used for the research of MLL-rearranged (MLL-r) acute leukemias, including acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML)^[1]. IC50 & Target: Menin-MLL^[1] In Vivo: SNDX-5613 shows in vivo plasma IC₅₀ of 53 nM. SNDX-5613 treatment provides significant survival benefit and leukemic control in aggressive MOLM-13 disseminated xenografts^[1].
