Description	InvivoChem Cat #:V1907CAS #:263707-16-0 Purity >=98% Description: ESI-09 is a non-noncyclic nucleotide and specific exchange protein directly activated by cAMP (EPAC) inhibitor with IC50 of 3.2 uM and 1.4 uM for EPAC1 and EPAC2, respectively, it displays > 100-fold selectivity over PKA. ESI-09 (25 uM) reduced EPAC1 and EPAC2 GEF activity to basal levels in the presence of 25 uM cAMP. In the presence of 25 uM cAMP, ESI-09 inhibited cAMP-mediated EPAC2 and EPAC1 GEF activity with IC50 values of 1.4 and 3.2 uM respectively and exhibited 100 times selectivity than PKA.
