Description	InvivoChem Cat #:V4928CAS #:265129-71-3Purity >=98% Description: GW7647 (GW-7647) is a novel, selective and potent agonist of human and murine PPARalpha4 with EC50s of 6 nM, 1.1 uM, and 6.2 uM for human PPARalpha, PPARgamma and PPARdelta, respectively. It was discovered using solid-phase, parallel-array synthesis and assayed for activity on the human PPAR subtypes. GW7647 was identified as a potent human PPARalpha agonist with approximately 200-fold selectivity over PPARgamma and PPARdelta, and potent lipid-lowering activity in animal models of dyslipidemia.
