Description	Recombinant Human Beta-NGF Protein is expressed from HEK293 without tag.It contains Ser122-Ala241.
Background	Nerve growth factor-beta (β-NGF) is a polypeptide growth factor that regulates survival, growth, and differentiation of specific peripheral and central neurons via its high-affinity receptor, tyrosine kinase receptor A (TrKA), and low-affinity receptor, p75 neurotrophin receptor (p75NTR).
Endotoxin	Less than 1 EU per μg by the LAL method.
Formulation	Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in 20mM NaAc, 150mM Nacl (pH 5.5). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution	Dissolve the lyophilized protein in 20mM NaAc, 150mM Nacl (pH 5.5). It is recommended to resuspend at 0.5 mg/mL if the lyophilized powder is 100 μg or less, at 1mg/ml for 500ug or 1mg lyophilized powder. Do not mix by vortex or vigorous shaking. It is recommended to resuspend at 0.5 mg/mL if the lyophilized powder is 100 μg or less, at 1mg/ml for 500ug or 1mg lyophilized powder. Do not mix by vortex or vigorous shaking.
