DNA Markers are suitable for sizing small linear double-stranded DNA fragments in agarose and polyacrylamide gels. Phage or plasmid DNA is digested to completion with appropriate restriction endonuclease and purified. pUC19 DNA was completely digested by MspI, phenol extracted, ethanol precipitated.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
