Description

Cobalt chelates recognize two exposed vicinal histidines. High Density Cobalt provides a high amount of available groups allowing for higher binding capacity. This resin is suitable for use in many purifications because this cation provides very good selectivity, and is suitable for batch or column purifications (Low Flow).
