Description	Glucose Assay Kit is an assay kit designed for the detection and quantification of Glucose concentrations in serum and plasma using a microplate reader. Glucose oxidase catalyzes the oxidation of glucose to gluconic acid and hydrogen peroxide. In the presence of chromogenic oxygen receptors, peroxidase catalyzes the breakdown of hydrogen peroxide. The substrate is oxidised to form a colored reaction product. The glucose concentration can be calculated indirectly by measuring the absorbance at 505 nm.
