PhaRNA LLC is a biotechnology company headquartered in Houston, Texas (USA). The company focuses on the design and production of in vitro transcribed (IVT) RNA constructs that encode messenger RNA (mRNA), long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) and other RNA species 150 nucleotides or longer. In addition to an extensive product catalog, PhaRNA LLC offers customized synthesis. In principle, this can be used for every gen of interest, size and complexity are not an issue. One example are fusion proteins that consist of the fluorescently labeled target gene. Another service of the company includes the differentiation of embryonic stem cells and iPSCs into different cell types and mRNA-based reprogramming of somatic cells into induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs).
