Product description	Lambda Protein Phosphatase (Lambda PP) is a Mn2+-dependent protein phosphatase with activity towards phosphorylated serine, threonine and tyrosine residues. One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that hydrolyzes 1 nmol of p-Nitrophenyl Phosphate (50 mM) in 1 minute at 30°C in a total reaction volume of 50 µl.
Storage buffer	100 mM NaCl, 50 mM HEPES, pH 7.5, 0.1 mM MnCl2, 0.1 mM EDTA, 2 mM DTT, 0.01% Brij35, and 50% glycerol.
