Supplied as a lyophilized powder. Reconstitute with 1ml H20.

A cocktail of four protease inhibitors that is useful for inhibition of a broad range of serine proteases. When reconstituted with 1ml H2O each vial will contain a 100X stock solution of protease inhibitors. When diluted to 1X the protease inhibitor cocktail will contain 500uM AEBSF, HCl, 420nM Aprotinin, 20uM Elastinal, and 1uM GGACK. Supplied with a data sheet.

AEBSF, HCl: 1X500uM
Aprotinin: 1X420nM
Elastatinal: 1X20uM
GGACK: 1X1uM

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with H2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
