Description
Tissue Protein Lysate produced under consistent processing conditions to ensure intact structure and original nature. Total protein is prepared from whole-tissue homogenates and presents a consistent pattern on SDS-PAGE analysis.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Electrophoresis, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation, Enzymatic Activity, Protein-Protein Interaction, Tissue-Specific Expression, gel shift assay and Mass spec. analysis.

Donor Information:
As reported

Quality Control:
1. The isolated protein pattern on SDS-PAGE gel is visualized by Coomassie blue staining, the pattern is consistent with each lot.
2. The isolated protein is analyzed by Western Blot using an antibody to GAPDH for total protein.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and srore at -70°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
