Description	FK-506 induces immunosuppression by inhibiting T cell proliferation. Inhibits FKBP12 and calcineurin (IC50 ca. 1 nM). Reduces neuroinflammation and neurodegeneration in an asynuclein-based rat model of Parkinson’s disease. Increases the rate of axonal regeneration following crush injury in a rat model. Cell permeable.
