Description	A necrostatin-1 analog with superior potency, selectivity and metabolic stability at RIP1 inhibition (IC50 = 206 vs 494 nM). Displays greater efficacy at inhibition of necroptosis in Jurkat cells with no non-specific cytotoxicity (100 nM). Ameliorates disease progression in elastaseinduced mouse abdominal aortic aneurysm model. Recommended for cellular and in vivo applications over necrostatin-15.
