Description	Mouse Anti Human CD57
Introduction	CD57 also called B3GAT1is part of the glucuronyltransferase gene family. CD57 exhibits strict acceptor specificity, recognizing nonreducing terminal sugars and their anomeric linkages. CD57 takes part in the glucuronyl transfer reaction during the biosynthesis of the carbohydrate epitope HNK-1.

Immunogen	Human CD57 Positive Cells.
Purification Method	Ion-Exchange Column.
Reconstitution	Reconstitute with of H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.
Protein concentration	1mg/ml in PBS (after reconstitution)
Antibody Properties	Staining antibody. For staining, use 10ul/1, 000, 000 cells.
