Description	Mouse Anti Human Vaspin
Introduction	Vaspin (visceral adipose-specific SERPIN), a newly identified adipokine, which is a member of serine protease inhibitor family. Vaspin is also a unique insulin sensitizing adipocytokine in obesity. A recent publication indicates that induction of human vaspin mRNA expression in adipose tissue is regulated in a fat depot-specific manner and could be associated with parameters of obesity, insulin resistance, and glucose metabolism.

Immunogen	Anti-human Vaspin mAb, is derived from hybridization of mouse SP2/O myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with Recombinant human Vaspin amino acids 21-414 purified from E. coli.
Purification Method	Vaspin antibody was purified from mouse ascitic fluids by protein-G affinity chromatography.
