Formulation	The GRPEL1 protein solution (1mg/1ml) is formulated in 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 0.2M NaCl, 1mM DTT and 10% glycerol.
Introduction	GRPEL1 is a vital component of the PAM complex, a complex necessary for the translocation of transit peptide-containing proteins from the inner membrane into the mitochondrial matrix in an ATP-dependent manner. GRPEL1 protein controls the nucleotide-dependent binding of mitochondrial HSP70 to substrate proteins.
