Formulation	SNRPD3 is supplied in 20mM HEPES buffer pH-7.6, 250mM NaCl and 20% glycerol.
Introduction	SNRPD3 is a small nuclear ribonucleoprotein (snRNPs) that contains the spliceosome in eukaryotes. SNRPD3 is essential for pre-mRNA splicing and small nuclear ribonucleoprotein biogenesis. Alternative splicing happens in this locus and two transcript variants encoding the same protein were branded.
