Lyophilized from sterile 20 mM Tris, 50 mM NaCl, pH 5.0, 1 mM DTT, 1 mM EDTA.
Features & Benefits
Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per ug of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
Molecular weight
15.5 KD
Usage notes
Always centrifuge tubes before opening. It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Human IL-2 protein using the buffer we provided not less than 100 ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Storage instructions
Lyophilized Human IL-2 protein protein product should be stored desiccated below -20C. Upon reconstitution, the protein should be stored at 4C between 2-7 days and for future use below -20C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Shipping
The product is shipped at ambient temperature.

Background
Interleukin (IL-2) abbreviated as interleukin, refers to a lymphokine that interacts between leukocytes or immune cells, and it belongs to the same cytokine as blood cell growth factor. The two coordinate and interact with each other to complete hematopoietic and immune regulation functions together. Interleukins play an important role in transmitting information, activating and regulating immune cells, mediating the activation, proliferation and differentiation of T and B cells, and in inflammation.
