Description	GLIPR2 is closely related to plant pathogenesis-related (PR-1) proteins, which are upregulated in response to pathogen attack. This protein is found within lipid-enriched microdomains on the cytosolic side of the endomembrane system. GLIPR2 is tightly anchored to membranes and absent from the cytosol, although it does not possess a membrane-spanning domain. Recombinant human GLIPR2 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
Form	Liquid. In 20mM Tris-HCl buffer(pH 8.0) containing 10% glycerol, 1mM DTT, 0.1M NaCl.
Storage	Can be stored at +4C short term (1-2 weeks). For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C or -70C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
