Description	The DJ-1 is a ubiquitously expressed protein involved in various cellular processes including spermatogenesis and fertilization, cancer, RNA-binding, androgen-receptor signaling and oxidative stress. Mutations in the DJ-1 are the cause of autosomal recessive early-onset Parkinson's disease 7 (Park7). Recombinant human DJ-1, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.

Storage	Can be stored at +4C short term (1-2 weeks). For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C or -70C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
