Description	LMO1 is a transcriptional regulator that contains two cysteine-rich LIM domains but lacks a DNA-binding domain. LIM domains may play a role in protein interactions, thus the protein may regulate transcription by competitively binding to specific DNA-binding transcription factors. Recombinant human LMO1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli.

Storage	Can be stored at +4C short term (1-2 weeks). For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C or -70C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
