Description	Recombinant Human CCR8 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with hFc tag at the C-Terminus.It contains Met1-Lys35.
Background	CC chemokine receptor (CCR) 8 (previously called CKR-L1 or TER1 and designated CD198), which is expressed on Th2 cells and eosinophils, has been implicated in allergic diseases. CCR8 may regulate monocyte chemotaxis and thymic cell line apoptosis and is alternative coreceptor with CD4 for HIV-1 infection.

Formulation	Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution	Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. It is recommended to resuspend at 0.5 mg/mL if the lyophilized powder is 100 μg or less, at 1mg/ml for 500μg or 1mg lyophilized powder. Do not mix by vortex or vigorous shaking.
