Description	Recombinant Cynomolgus/Rhesus macaque CD27/TNFRSF7 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with hFc tag at the C-Terminus.It contains Ala20-Arg191.
Background	CD27, also known as TNFRSF7, is an approximately 55 kDa transmembrane protein in the TNF receptor superfamily. It functions as a co‑stimulatory molecule that supports lymphocyte activation and survival. It binds to ligand CD70, and plays a key role in regulating B-cell activation and immunoglobulin synthesis.

Reconstitution	Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. It is recommended to resuspend at 0.5 mg/mL if the lyophilized powder is 100 μg or less, at 1mg/ml for 500μg or 1mg lyophilized powder. Do not mix by vortex or vigorous shaking.
