Description	Non-structural protein 9 is one of 15 chains cleaved from Replicase polyprotein 1ab. The nsp7, nsp8, nsp9 and nsp10 are localized in cytoplasmic foci, largely host perinuclear region. Late in infection, they merge into confluent complexes. Nsp9 may participate in viral replication by acting as a ssRNA-binding protein.
Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Add sterile distilled water to a concentration of 0.1 mg/mL and gently pipette the solution up and down the sides of the vial. DO NOT VORTEX. Allow several minutes for complete reconstitution.
