Description	Recombinant Human FOLR3 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-Terminus.It contains Gln23-Ser245.
Background	FOLR3 (Folate Receptor 3) is a member of the folate receptor family that plays a role in the transport of folic acid and its derivatives. It is a secretory protein that is not membrane-bound and is thought to enhance the bioavailability of folic acid, which in turn can reduce plasma homocysteine (Hcy) levels. Elevated Hcy levels are associated with an increased risk of various diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and cardiovascular diseases.
Endotoxin	Less than 1 EU per μg by the LAL method.
Formulation	Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution	Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. It is recommended to resuspend at 0.5 mg/mL if the lyophilized powder is 100 μg or less, at 1mg/ml for 500μg or 1mg lyophilized powder. Do not mix by vortex or vigorous shaking.
