Description	Recombinant Human HRG/HPRG Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-terminus.It contains Val19-Lys525.
Background	Histidine-rich glycoprotein (HRG) is a 75 kDa glycoprotein synthesized in the liver whose plasma concentration is 100-150 μg/ml. HRG has been shown to modulate sepsis-related biological reactions by binding to several substances and cells, including heparin, factor XII, fibrinogen, thrombospondin, plasminogen, C1q, IgG, heme, LPS, dead cells, bacteria, and fungi.
Endotoxin	Less than 1 EU per μg by the LAL method.
Formulation	Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution	Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. It is recommended to resuspend at 0.5 mg/mL if the lyophilized powder is 100 μg or less, at 1mg/ml for 500μg or 1mg lyophilized powder. Do not mix by vortex or vigorous shaking.
