As a receptor for iC3b and fibrinogen, it regulates neutrophil migration, contributes to CD177-PRTN3-mediated activation, and may influence phagocytosis-induced apoptosis. Integrin alpha M beta 2 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is a recombinant protein dimer complex containing human-derived Integrin alpha M beta 2 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag. Integrin alpha M beta 2 Protein, Human (HEK293, His), has molecular weight of 140-160 kDa (ITGAM) & 90-100 kDa (ITGB2), respectively.
