Product Description	LILRA3/CD85e/ILT6 functions as a soluble receptor for class I MHC antigens, binding both classical and non-classical HLA class I molecules, albeit with lower affinities than LILRB1 or LILRB2. It engages with monocyte surfaces, effectively suppressing LPS-induced TNF-alpha production by monocytes. ILT6 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived ILT6 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.
