It releases inorganic phosphate and the corresponding nucleoside. CD73 also acts on other substrates, including IMP, UMP, GMP, CMP, dAMP, dCMP, dTMP, NAD, and NMN. CD73/5'-Nucleotidase Protein, Human (T376A, M379T, HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived CD73/5'-Nucleotidase protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.
