Product Description	GZMA/granzyme A is enriched in cytotoxic T cells and natural killer cells and can induce caspase-independent pyroptosis after delivery to target cells. With substrate specificity for lysine or arginine residues, GZMA cleaves APEX1 and the nucleosome assembly protein SET, thereby disrupting their activity. GZMA/Granzyme A Protein, Mouse (His-B2M) is the recombinant mouse-derived GZMA/Granzyme A protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His, N-B2M labeled tag.
