Product Description
IL-12R beta 2 protein is an IL-12 cytokine surface receptor that activates the Jak-Stat signaling cascade pathway and is involved in IL-12-mediated immune regulation. IL-12R beta 2 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is expressed by HEK 293 cells with a transmembrane region (W638-I658) and a His tag at the C-terminus[1].
