As a homodimer, Sorcin/SRI affects the activity of the RYR2 calcium channel, helping to precisely control calcium dynamics in cardiomyocytes. Sorcin/SRI Protein, Human (sf9, His-GST) is the recombinant human-derived Sorcin/SRI protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with N-His, N-GST labeled tag.
