Allergenic components from Blomia tropicalis are important triggers of allergies in the tropics. Blot21 is a paralog of the group 5 allergen Blot5. Blot21 has moderate sequence identity (40.7%) to Blot5 and low to moderate cross-reactivity to Blot5. Blot21 Protein, Blomia tropicalis (HEK293, His) is the recombinant Blot21 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with N-6*His labeled tag.
