Description	Recombinant Biotinylated Human LAIR2/CD306 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag and Avi tag at the C-Terminus.It contains Gln22-Pro152.
Background	The leukocyte-associated immunoglobulin-like receptor 2 (LAIR2) shows increased expression during pregnancy and its reduced expression is associated with pregnancy complications. Although LAIR2 was expressed in the human placenta villus and decidua in the first trimester of pregnancy, it was not expressed in mouse tissues. Knockdown of LAIR2 markedly improved cell viability and inhibited the invasive ability of HTR8/SVneo cells.
Endotoxin	Less than 1 EU per μg by the LAL method.
Formulation	Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution	Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. It is recommended to resuspend at 0.5 mg/mL if the lyophilized powder is 100 μg or less, at 1mg/ml for 500μg or 1mg lyophilized powder. Do not mix by vortex or vigorous shaking.
