Background	Lysyl oxidase-like 2 (LOXL2) is a copper and lysine tyrosyl-quinone (LTQ)-dependent amine oxidase belonging to the lysyl oxidase (LOX) family, the canonical function of which is to catalyze the crosslinking of elastin and collagen in the extracellular matrix (ECM).
Endotoxin	Less than 1 EU per μg by the LAL method.
Formulation	Supplied as 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, 200mM L-arginine (pH 7.4).
Reconstitution	Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
