Description	Recombinant Biotinylated Human HPV16 E7(HLA-A02:01) Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag and Avi tag at the C-Terminus.It contains Gly25-Thr305(HLA-A02:01), Ile21-Met119 (B2M) and YMLDLQPET peptide.
Background	HPV16 E7 protein, one of the primary target proteins in molecular targeted therapy for HPV-induced cervical cancer. The affitoxin, ZHPV16E7 affitoxin384 was generated by fusing the modified Pseudomonas Exotoxin A (PE38KDEL) to the HPV16 E7-specific affibody.

Formulation	Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution	Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. It is recommended to resuspend at 0.5 mg/mL if the lyophilized powder is 100 μg or less, at 1mg/ml for 500μg or 1mg lyophilized powder. Do not mix by vortex or vigorous shaking.
