Description	Biotinylated Human NPR1, His, Avitag (NP1-H82E9) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Gly 33 - Glu 473 (Accession # P16066-1).
Background	Receptor for the atrial natriuretic peptide NPPA/ANP and the brain natriuretic peptide NPPB/BNP which are potent vasoactive hormones playing a key role in cardiovascular homeostasis. Has guanylate cyclase activity upon binding of the ligand.
