Description	Recombinant Mouse PLAU/uPA Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag and Avi Tag at the C-Terminus.It contains Gly21-Phe433.
Background	Plasminogen activator, urokinase (uPA) is a secreted serine protease whose Dysregulation is often accompanied by various cancers. PLAU inhibition could suppress tumor growth. Collectively, PLAU is necessary for tumor progression and can be a diagnostic and prognostic biomarker in HNSCC.
Endotoxin	Less than 1 EU per μg by the LAL method.
Formulation	Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in 20mM PB, 150mM NaCl (pH 6.0). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution	Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. It is recommended to resuspend at 0.5 mg/mL if the lyophilized powder is 100 μg or less, at 1mg/ml for 500μg or 1mg lyophilized powder. Do not mix by vortex or vigorous shaking.
