Product Description	Serpin A1, belonging to the serpin superfamily , was generally known as serum trypsin inhibitor.It can inhibits a wide variety of proteases, protects tissues from enzymes of inflammatory cells, especially neutrophil elastase, and has a reference range in blood of 1.5 - 3.5 gram/liter , but the concentration can rise manyfold upon acute inflammation.
Immunogen	Immunogen was recombinant protein. This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with the immunogen. The IgG fraction of tissue culture supernatant was purified by Protein G/A affinity chromatography.
