BactoSpore™ 485/500 Membrane Stain is a green fluorescent lipophilic dye that stains live and dead gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. In B. subtilis, the dye stains both vegetative cells and endospores. Ex/Em 484/504 nm. 500X dye in ethanol; 100 uL. |
