Description	DSPE-PEG-Vinylsulfone, MW 1000, is an amphiphilic PEG reagent that spontaneously forms lipid bilayers. This compound can be utilized in the production of liposomes for the delivery of therapeutics, such as nucleic acids (mRNA/DNA) or proteins. The vinyl sulfone group reacts with cysteine or other thiol-containing molecules via a thiol-ene chemical reaction. It is reagent-grade and intended for research use only.
