RAF265 (CHIR-265)

Description: RAF265 (formerly also known as CHIR265; RAF 265; RAF-265) is an orally bioavailable multi-kinase inhibitor with potential antitumor activity. It inhibits multiple kinases such as BRAFV600E, BRAF (wild-type), c-RAF, VEGFR2, PDGFR, CSF 1R, RET, c-KIT, SRC and STE20, with IC50s in the range of 3-60 nM. RAF26 exhibits excellent anti-proliferative activity in vitro and high in vivo antitumor efficacy in BRAFV600E melanoma and colorectal cancer xenograft models.
