Motesanib Diphosphate (AMG-706)

Description: Motesanib, the diphosphate salt of Motesanib (formerly AMG706) is an ATP-competitive and orally bioavailable inhibitor of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGFR1/2/3) with potential antitumor activity. It inhibits VEGFR1/2/3 with IC50s of 2 nM/3 nM/6 nM, respectively.
