Description	InvivoChem Cat #:V0627CAS #:196868-63-0Purity >=98% Description: PQ401 (PQ-401) is a novel, potent and selective inhibitor of IGF-1R (insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor) with potential antineoplastic activity. It inhibits IGF-1R with an IC50 of< 1 uM. PQ-401 induces apoptosis and inhibits growth, proliferation and migration of glioma cells. PQ 401 at various doses (50 mg/Kg, 100 mg/Kg) significantly inhibited MCNeuA tumor growth dose-dependently.
