It demonstrate significant in vivo antitumor efficacy in human plasmacytoma mouse xenograft models. Plinabulin is a first-in-class and selective immunomodulating microtubule-bindingagent (SIMBA), which binds in the vicinity of the colchicine binding domain of tubulin.
