IKK2 is an enzyme complex that is a component of the NF-kappaB/NF-kappaB signaling pathway. AZD3264 is currently under preclinical development for treating inflammatory diseases including asthma, chronic pulmonary obstructive disorder (COPD) and RA/rheumatoid arthritis.
