Description: Indole-3-carbinol (I3C; 3-Indolemethanol) is natural product produced by the breakdown of the glucosinolate glucobrassicin, which can be found at relatively high levels in cruciferous vegetables. It inhibits NF-kappaB activity, is an Aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) agonist, and an inhibitor of WWP1 (WW domain-containing ubiquitin E3 ligase 1).
