Description	InvivoChem Cat #:V3143CAS #:5108-96-3 Purity >=98% Description: Ammonium pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate (also abbreviated as PDTC) is a potent nuclear factor-kappaB (NF-kappaB) inhibitor. It acts by inhibiting IkappaB phosphorylation, blocking NF-kappaB translocation to the nucleus and reducing the expression of downstream cytokines. Pyrrolidinedithiocarbamate attenuates bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats, induces apoptosis in human acute myelogenous leukemic cells affecting NF-kappaB activity.
