Description	InvivoChem Cat #:V3192CAS #:1816294-67-3Purity >=98% Description: SR-4370 is an inhibitor of HDAC (Histone deacetylases), with IC50 values of 0.13 uM, 0.58 uM, 0.006 uM, 2.3 uM, and 3.4 uM for HDAC1, HDAC2, HDAC3, HDAC8, and HDAC6, respectively. HDACs remove the acetyl group from lysine residues of histones and other cellular proteins. HDACs are classified into four phylogenetic groups: class I (HDACl, HDAC2, HDAC3 and HDAC8), class II (HDAC4, HDAC5, HDAC7 and HDAC9 in the class Ila subgroup, and HDAC6 and HDAC10 in the lib subgroup), class III (Sirtl-Sirt7) and class IV (HDACl 1).
